Shipping Methods We cooperate with reputable carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery. 4. Shipping Fees Calculated based on delivery address and carrier. Fees will be informed before order placement. 5. Delivery Times - Ho Chi Minh City (inner districts): 2–4 days depending on distance. - Other provinces: 2–7 days depending on location. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, accidents, traffic/weather disruptions), delivery time may be extended, and customers will be notified promptly. 6. Additional Notes - Carriers are responsible for goods until delivered intact with invoice and seals. - Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues immediately (with photo/video evidence). - Carrier obligations: transport safely, on time, cover related costs, compensate for losses unless otherwise agreed. - Customer obligations: pay shipping fees on time, provide accurate information, and cooperate in receiving goods.
