- Inspection is limited to external packaging; opening product seals is not included.

- If the wrong product type is delivered, customers may refuse to accept the goods without payment.

- Delivery staff must allow customers to check products. If not, please contact our hotline immediately.
- Dakao Square cannot support returns/exchanges for products damaged due to customer fault.
